just got off the phone with customer service hoping we cleared the issue they said my vin was wrong but double checking everything was right now let us see how long until i get it. like I said just put me a new saab in the mail and I'll use the old badge lol

My joy in a "free" badge is short lived when I look at the poor quality and short lifespan with insult added to injury by the ORIO price increases, things like a $400 piece of plastic for the side mirror or again $400+ for the ice block tail lamp and then there is the second set of spindles the Saab has gone through, stripped by a heavy frost. I've never had wipers strip out ever till this feeble thing. They should have, corresponding to the advertising position as a premium vehicle, applied a badge that could even outlive the extended warranty but many went to chrome in just two years.
I'll do anything to avoid rewarding "Genuine Saab" (not Nick Taliferro), ORIO parts for these prices. $400 because an led bulb is out? No way!Semper ubi sububi in caput tuum
