Wet rear near side and driver footwells
On my 95 Aero Estate, recently noticed that the rear near side passenger footwell and the driver footwell mats had become wet, with recent rainy season (UK) thought that it was the normal foot traffic causing the moist, however, I took the mats out for drying but noticed that the moisture has returned again (just wetness to mat surface)in a rather strange manner, the rear one is as if water sprinkles from under the front seat and also hear a slight slush sound from under seat like as if water is gushing around in a small bottle! On the front footwell, source remains a mystery as there is no drip or visible route. There is no coolant loss or leak as level on expansion bottle is rock steady. Could it be the AC discharge somewhere? Wetness is clear water, no smell.......Where the heck is this water coming from and where is the gushing sound water trapped...!?!

You will need to remove your seat and pull the carpet and padding to dry. If you dont it will mildew something awful. Not too hard a job, just a pain.
