Central locking issue

Hi,new member,not sure if this right place for post,having problem with central locking on saab 900se,drivers door opens via key,but other doors remain locked,cannot open at all via key or control panel switch,can hear noise comimg from passenger side door but nothing happening,makes noise to lock but not to open,any ideas,thanks in advance for any help.

I may not be in position to give an advice anyhow, however model year and whether or not the key has remote control might be helpful.
