Just came across this article about the Highlander yacht owned by Victor. Looks like he's a little bit behind in paying the bills.

The Highlander is the type of ship that yacht magazines write about.

Built in 1967 in the Netherlands for the former publisher of Forbes magazine, the “super yacht” measures about 116 feet long and over 22 feet wide. It has hosted presidents, captains of industry and celebrities, according to published reports.

But for most of the past six years, it’s hosted nobody as it sits at a Portsmouth boatyard racking up storage fees.

Ocean Marine Yacht Center filed a lawsuit last month in U.S. District Court in Norfolk seeking over $744,000.

Through an employee, Ocean Marine’s owner declined last week to comment on the lawsuit. The boat’s owner, on the other hand, downplayed the dispute in an email.

“This matter is being dealt with as we speak,” said Victor Muller, the Dutch millionaire who owns the Highlander through a Malta-based company, Blue Delta Navigation Limited.
