Timing chain 9-5 Turbo6
Hi, I have a 2010 9-5 Turbo6 with 82000 km on the meeter.
Today the check engine light turned on, and my local Saab dealer said it indicated that the timing chain was stretched and of course had to be changed. I am just interested if anyone else have had this problem with their 2.8t v6 engine in either thir 9-5 or the 9-3 Aero?

What's the fault code? It is a common GM issue - can't say I've heard of too many cases in a Saab with that issue so early. GM's have that problem anywhere from 30K on. Saab's usually make it near the 200K mark before needing chains. (Pre GM blocks excluded)
