Convertable Headliner sagging in rear and a mystery noise

I am a new owner of a 2003 9-3 Convertable. The headliner on the rear support seems to have come loose. Is this a common occurance and is it fixable?

My mystery noise is coming from the dash around the OnStar module. It is a low volume grinding/spinning noise -- almost like a low wattage fan motor or something. Can anyone clue me in to what this noise may be and should I be concerned about it!

    Hi
Here's a link to some convertible info. It may not be the same as yours, but might help with understanding them more.

    The noise from the dash.

If yours has climate control, it could possibly be the temperature sensor. It has a small motor with a fan on, that draws air in past the sensor. It may just need a clean.
The part looks like in this link. I think its next to the cigar lighter. It's quite expensive new. Usually a clean sorts it, or a trip to a scrapyard should bare fruit.

    Hope this helps
    Cheers for now

Thanks on the mystery noise answer. That must be it. Thanks. I will try a cleaning.
