9-3 Sportcombi 2006 - where are the alarm sensors?
I have posted how my alarm system has a mind of its own.
Where are the sensors that may be causing the problem? What do they look like? Our friendly local Oklahoma dealer wants $ 113 per hour to look for them.
Could you help me at no cost? Thank you. Patrick Hunt

I am not familiar with this problem but here is some information to get you started. There is more information in the WIS with all the details of the sensors and how to replace them.

Security note
Having a well working antitheft system i our 9-3, am I very unhappy with this, extensive information disclosed on the WEB, available to "whom it may NOT concern". Information pertaining to a security system, should in my opinion be sparsely disclosed, if so needed.

Thank you very, very much. I appreciate you taking the time to do this for me. A 2006 Saab is in no danger of being stolen. Again, very kind of you to have sent this to me. I want to either repair it or disable it, whichever is easier. Patrick Hunt

My 2006 Combi kept setting the alarm off at random - the glass break was the trigger source. On the Combi that's part of the glass in the left rear 1/4 window. I tech2 deleted my alarm and have been problem free since.
