I had my girlfriend in my 2003 Saab 9-5 Linear and then she started pushing back on the seat and now it won't go back up the electric motor moves and that is fine but as far the seat going back to normal position it won't can some one with some expertise shed some light on what I need to do?

Is this for the driver's or passenger's side seat? Suggest you start by unbolting the seat rails from the floor, but with the harness still connected. Then sequentially actuate all of the possible seat positions while closely observing the underside to see where the obstruction is occurring.
If by "Saab Manuel" you mean the WIS, this is helpful. Also check out these articles at Platonoff and FixMySaab for visuals.
