    Problem with external temperature sensor

    Hello everybody!
For about three weeks I have problem with external temperature sensor.
Display SID in the vehicle always shows many more degrees than is actually out. If the outside is 5 degrees Celsius, the display shows 17,18. Or if the weather is 15 degrees Celsius, the display shows 28 or 32. Always shows a lot more.
I think these are reported to the air conditioning system of the vehicle and it does not work correctly. I feel it how air conditioning system work. Too long spirit cold intro cabin, and it is not necessary. To reduce this flow of cold air I must adjust air conditioning system degrees as 26 or 27.
Does anyone have a scheme for connecting external sensor temperetura? Where the cables go? Is someone had the same problem once?
I would be grateful for any feedback.
    Thanks in advance!

I had the same issue before and replacing the sensor fixed the problem. It's easy to replace.

Thanks Wulf for the quick replay!
I'll check these days, if not broken any cable. If not, I will need to buy new.
Some guide price and where to buy? Part number?
    Thanks in advance!

It is not too difficult to find parts in the United States. I am not sure about Bulgaria. If there is not a place to buy Saab parts, maybe there might be for Opel. Who knows? Maybe a few parts from VW or Fiat may be the same?

    I found it:
    9-3 98'-02', 9-3 03' on & 9-5 98'-10' - Outer Temperature Sensor
The same is in the Opel Vectra & Vauxhall:
Outside Temperature Sensor for Opel Vectra B C 9152245 Exterior Temp Sensor New | eBay
Bulgaria is a member of the European Union, is not a problem to buy in Europe from any European country.

Now first I will try to disconnecting the battery.
Then I will need to lift the car and looked underneath the sensor. I can not remember if the problem does not appear after a car wash..............
Thank you for advice and guidance guys!

    Hi!
The problem is solved. I put one used external temperature sensor, from crashed and scrapped SAAB 9-3. Part number is the same.
Now displays the correct degrees of outside temperature.
    Now the climate work correctly.
Thank you all for your help!
