airconditioner photo required

The previous owner has played with the airconditioner gear adjustment
this is on the lower passangers side and is controled by the motors
the possition could be the difference between a problem and not
I have placed thgen in a position that i think would be the correct one but it could still be out

would some one send me a photo of these gear adjustments ......what i am looking for is to see where the rods sit in the holders how much thread is showing and compair that to mine


the problem still could be a different one

no error codes show

winter : inside temp set to 21c the drivers side goes cold air : if one resets it to 24 and above its hot , but then its to hot
somer inside set to 21 passanger side goes hot : if one readjust to 25 then its cool
