2002 Saab 9-5 heated seat not working. Help.
I'm not too concerned about getting this fixed immediately (considering we're entering warm weather and it's the passenger seat) but it would be nice to know. Currently the driver seat, and rear heated seats are fully functional yet the passenger heated seat is not. I don't really know where to start my troubleshooting.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Take the driver's seat switch out of the dash board, and swap it with the passenger's switch. If passenger seat starts to work then you know it's not your seat but the switch itself crapped out. If that's the case, you are lucky. I was able to find one for 15$ on ebay. Here is one for example: (Saab 9 5 9 5 2000 2005 Heated Seat Switch Left Right | eBay)
If that doesn't work, remove the passenger seat ( you don't have to take it out of the car) and check the wires underneath.Last edited by Voyageur; 30 August 2015 at 08:28.
