I can start my car for the first time and the ac works perfectly. If I make a stop and restart the car the ac doesn't cool because the compressor is not turning on. Sometimes you can restart the car and the compressor will start and sometimes sitting at a stop light will cause the compressor to turn on. If you just continue to drive it may take many miles before the ac turn on again.
This has been going on for years. The ac module was replaced by the dealer before I got the car and new sid. The error code is 02 which points to cabin temp sensor. I have not replaced this because I'm not sure this would keep the compressor from starting. Does anybody have any ideas how the fix this?
