Saab 95 Heater box DIY
The doors in my heater box are broken further than any of the kits can repair, so its time for a replacement. I found one that I can pick up from a junk yard on Monday, but as for doing the switch, I'm in the dark. Does anyone know of a DIY that's available? As far as I know, the dashboard will need to be removed and possible the front seats too. I'm hoping not, but I you tell me.

Big job. I did mine in 12hrs.
Dash fully out back to the bulkhead, Front seats and front carpet if I remember rightly, console out. Wipers off, scuttle panel off. Bypass coolant valve off (might as well change it at same time).
When I did mine everyone though I was nuts! £35 for a new heater box, borrowed a friends garage and a overnight frenzy. I did do part of a write up can't remember if its on here or central.More things change. The more they stay the same.
