I pulled pan, pulled pickup tube, very clean engine very small amount of carbon changing pickup screen to 20 mesh, replacing all o-rings related to oil, replacing front and rear crankshaft seals replacing valve cover gasket.
The PO had been using mobile 1 oil and filter
I noticed some oil in the intake manifold, are these kits GT17 Turbocharger DIY Rebuild Kit (9-3 and 9-5) worth considering??

The GT17 seals start to leak after a while causing a blue puff of smoke at startup. It is possible to use one of these kits and do yourself but you have to be careful with balancing.
When I replaced mine on a previous 9-5, I chose a rebuilt turbo and sold my old one. A bit more expensive than one of these kits but it was worth it for me. If you can replace an engine, rebuilding a turbo shouldn't be too difficult.
