Saab Production Numbers for US Market

The attached link can be sorted to determine how many cars just like yours (provided you are in the US) were produced in the same model year.

I had found that Saab sold 97 Silver Viggen Convertibles just like mine in 2000 from Swade's former site. This data base says 99 so maybe Swade's is sold vehicles and this database is produced/imported vehicles. Either way the numbers are close.

What surprised me is the rarity of my wife's 2006 2.0T Automatic Sport Combi in Parchment Silver. Only 129 of these. More surprising yet is my even more rare 2008 9-5 Aero automatic in Titan Gray. Only 91 of these, fewer yet than my 'limited production' Viggen convertible!

That's a great site.

I was always curious about the Turbox and how many there are of each bodystyle and transmission.

The 6-speed manual in a SportCombi is the most desireable for me and also the hardest to find.

Wow. Mine is the 6 speed manual. One produced in that color. I better take care of this small piece of history.

Unfortunately my 2004 9-5 Steel Gray ARC 5 speed auto is as common as dirt, relatively speaking. Nothing special here...
