Looks great!!
Interesting mix of 'old' and new 9-5 with the 3 spoke wheels!
How do you like the sound of the BSR so far? Any difference inside?

Yes the 3 spoke wheels from my 2000 Aero look rather nice on the 2006. I have my snowtires mounted on them now.
The sound of the BSR is excellent. It is only noticeable inside in a good way at higher revs especially when I put the auto in paddle shift mode and accelerate quickly through 2nd to 3rd gear and then 3rd to 4th gear. It has a really nice growl like sound.

Aftermarket Kenwood Headunit Install
I installed a Kenwood headunit over the holidays. Here are a few pictures!
The Kenwood easily outperforms the factory GM headunit in both sound quality and features.

Nice. Which one is this? Did you do the install yourself?
Whooray clued me in to the DDX593 last week, which I'm definitely considering down the road.

Hi XLR99,
Yes I did the install myself. The Kenwood is a DDX616. its a few years old now but still does a great job. I reused the car's existing amp and speakers, etc.
You won't be disappointed if you decide to go with an aftermarket head unit, that 593 looks good.
I posted a thread on my install here - http://saabworld.net/showthread.php?t=32204Last edited by aeronaut; 24 January 2016 at 17:59.

Aeronaut, Hello
Nice ride. My06 is silver and want to try the amber fog lights. Did you use leds, amber bulb, or lens?

Thanks octoberjack
The yellow fogs would look great on your silver 06.
It is a yellow film by Lamin-X which is applied directly on the glass lens of the stock foglight. It will protect the lens from rock chips and cracks as well. The cost is $14.
