2002 95 washer fluid low warning

The washer warning goes of every time i turn on the car ， but its full to the top ， sensor or float ?

Item number 4 could be the problem. But not knowing if the switch contacts are normally open or closed,
you could check it by removing both wires and see if fault is reported. Then linking both together and seeing if fault is reported.
One way or the other the fault should go if its the sender at fault.
