I couldn't see anywhere else to drop in and say hello, so here it is..... Hi all!!

I am new to Saabs and picked up a 9-5 Vector Sport on a '54 plate, registered 11/2004.

Going to do the sump drop as oil warning light comes on intermittently and upon investigation I have found the PCV system shot to hell, various pipes disconnected, blocked check valves etc etc so I assume that even though I have a post 2003 model, I reckon I have sludge issues due to the state of the PCV system.

The guide on here is great btw, credit to wulf and all the other contributors.

Welcome! Good plan on dropping the sump ASAP before any damage happens!
