Programming keys for a 2005 9-3
hello All!
Do any of you have experience using an MDI and TIS2000 (in pass-through mode) for programming 9-3 keys? The short version of my story is: I didn't splurge on buying an authentic Tech 2 scanner; and the scanner I did buy worked for less than a month. I have the TIS2000 software already, and am considering buying an authentic GM MDI..... if..... that will allow me to programme keys. (I have several customers with only one key for their 9-5's, and I have a 2005 9-3 brought to me after the car was improperly boosted. The CIM has been changed.... but now the keys need to be programmed to the car.)
Will be glad for any thoughts on the matter! (And would certainly post further information on this question as I happen to uncover more info.)
