Turbos?
Quick question can I run a hpt on a lpt engine with no problems? 2002 Saab 9-5 linear turbo went and looking to replace and a turbo from a b235r is local.

The TD04 should work with the lpt engine but I think you'll need different oil or coolant lines from the B235R engine. You'll need an Aero ECU to get the full power benefits of the TD04.
Do a search for "Saab 9-5 TD04 GT17 upgrade" and you should find a lot of information on the subject.

Well I don't know what a hpt and lpt is. But I do know that I just did this swap.
I have a 02 95 wagon 2.3 with a Garret turbo. I put on a TDO4 turbo from a 2000 Areo wagon. Like mentioned. You need the other lines that bolt to the turbo. Or I've read there are some reducer bushings you can use.
I did not grab the ecu. But my car runs great. But could be better if I tuned my ecu, or had the areo ecu.

hpt=high pressure turbo. lpt=low pressure turbo.
You should get your car remapped for the tdo4.
