Torn seat cushion in '08 Aero
The parchment colored darts in the Aero seats are vinyl, not leather. After seven years and 100K miles one vinyl panel on the drivers seat is seriously cracked and the vinyl is starting to delaminate from its canvas backing.
Any source for new seat covers? I know I could have an auto upholstery shop replace all the darts on both front seats with parchment leather but I fear that might be too pricey.

Hi Roger.. I know this is an old thread -- but did you have any luck fixing your seats? I am in the exact same situation (and locale - Ann Arbor)

No, not yet. Although I did recently discover that late model 9-3SS models (2009 or 2010) could be ordered with a Sport Package which included seats identical to those in our 9-5 Aeros. So this might mean an increased availability of used seats/seat covers for our needed repairs.
