    2006 Saab 9-5 Aero slow

Hello! Im in the middle of troubleshooting my 2006 Aero wagon, and thought i would ask for help here as well.

The car feels like its missing say about 70-100 horsepower.
My 200hp 9000 2.3T is faster, and that is 60 hp less.

I had a 273hp 441nM chip in it when i got it, but it started pinging sometimes and lowered the boost so i swapped back to the stock box and it was actually faster, but still not as it should be.

With the tuning box the boost was at 1.3bar, now with the stock its 0.8-1.0 bar.

The things i have checked are:
    ~All vacuum hoses are new.
~All check valves are new aluminium.
~Loosened downpipe to see if cat was plugged.
    ~Tried another ignition cassette.
    ~Tried another air mass meter.
~Checked for oil in the intake system.
    ~Compression check: 190psi-ish on all 4.
~Cleaned and sanded all the ground points.
~Checked that the wastegate rod operates freely.

    Nothing has helped so far..

    Any ideas folks?

    Still havent solved this problem...

    Now i have also replaced:
    New air mass meter
    Both vacuum solenoids
    New Ignition cassette
    New dump valve
    New fuel pressure regulator
    New fuel filter
    New Turbocharger
    New aftermarket aluminium Intercooler

Still sometimes it goes like hell, lets the tire loose in 1, 2 and 3rd gear. And pulling like crazy on 4th and 5th. (Well depends on what you compare it with, but it is fast)
But most of the time it still feels like its a 150hp non turbo car.

Did you scan for any ODB2 codes? Any warning lights on the dash? Automatic or manual transmission?

If there aren't any ODB2 codes, it may be a good idea to have a specialist hook up with a Tech2. That may reveal more troubleshooting information.

No fault codes, no warning lights and its a 5 speed manual car.

I have had a local specialist hook it up to a Tech 2 but he couldnt find anything specific.
Mair was a bit high if i remember correctly.

Could it go into limp-home mode? That won't reset itself though as far as I know and has to be done manually on the throttle body. Perhaps it could be something else with the throttle body? Just guessing things I would check next.

Hmm never tought of that, but as you say it should not reset by itself.

I have taken the throttle body off and cleaned it thoroughly + replaced the gaskets but no difference. I guess the throttle body itself could be fault?

A friend of mine had a 2006 Aero and was down on power. He found that his catalytic converter was totally blocked. removed the cat and power was back up and he didn't care about the CEL.

I have checked the catalytic converter but loosening the downpipe and driving, if its packed up it should bring up the horsepower. So not that either
