Saab 93 code P2309

Situation, my 2003 9-3 Linear is throwing error code P2309. I can unplug the coils one at a time and the misfire seems to only be coming from cylinder 4 (far right cylinder) I can swap coils and plugs but it still seems to be coming from cylinder 4. If you're inside the car the tach isn't bouncing like a normal miss would do but the turbo gauge is. Can someone please help me with this situation?!?!?! If not I am going to have to part ways with the car even though it has grown on me a lot....
