Frustrated

Hi folks. I am having soft top problems on my 2000 SAAB 9.3 in that the hood won't move from the closed position. When using the control lever, the hydraulic pumps to work = Nothing at all. Little doubt it is one of the micro-switches but I have no idea where they are located, and whether it should be open circuit, or closed. We are approaching spring her in Western Australia, and I am a great lover of open top motoring. If anyone has pictures or drawings of their location, or anything else that might be helpful, would be vey much appreciated. Cheers. Keith

Sorry for no reply in a month. I have never had a convertible but I know someone that did. I think the rear window panel just behind the front seat belt is where one of the microswitches are.
