    Issues shifting, no reverse?

So awhile back I was being a little hard on my 2002 95 Aero. I took off hard and accelerated hard, then evetually stopped. When I went to take off again it was like the clutch was just barely engaging, dying unless I was extremely careful playing with the clutch pedal. I also noticed at that moment my car goes forward in reverse and the shifter is very sloppy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by going forward in reverse? You might be having problems with your shift forks (they move slider gears.) Wear on shift forks happens over years of use, and can be exacerbated by hard driving.
