Idle high at start up and vacuum

My 2006 Saab 9-5 idles at 2000rpm at start up is it the throttle body? And I have a vacuum leak it's coming from a sensor or valve on the top right hand side of the air intake manifold. It has two vacuum lines and one bolt holding it down any suggestions?

The vacuum leak is probably what is causing the high idle. Can you attach a photograph of the leaking component please?

That is neither a sensor or a valve but an attachment for the vacuum hoses P/N 55 558115 you will also want the O ring 91 37 993. You should be able to reuse the attaching screw.
