OBD II ELM 327 bluetooth device connection problems I have found solution !!

recently i've received a plug for readings codes with ELM 327 and doing all required to connect but nothing coming from the car.
my garage said to me he have same issue with that kind of interface.and we tested it, different plugs ... it's not working . MY 2002 work with ELM323
and with Bosch pro or delphi system no problems ( ok is not tech II )
SO after searching on the web I've found something.

I have found some answers with elm327 minidevice the protocol when you want to connect to the phone doesn't have the transmitting speed to connect some software....the delay is too long and doesn't connect anything.
meanwhile we have others solutions :
    on UTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-pRSKJH-BQ
the OBD port had missing cables on the wagon MY2002 2lt 110kw ( the mod works for ESP equipped models) in brief connecting two cables on the ESP connector and link up on the OBD port.
I have in the same time ordered that device
    it works perfectly for~30$
Anyway i will make the mod for using the Bluetooth mini device ELM 327

Glad you resolved the issues. I use an ELM 327 device with my phone using the Torque Lite android app. I've had problems connecting to it the 1st time due to it not recognizing the bluetooth signal. Finally got it to work, but every time I change phones, I have to set it up again with bluetooth. Are you using Torque Lite, or another app?

I use Torque Pro and OBD Link. With both, you have to pair first from your phone settings and then connect from the app, either manually or automatically. Both give some options on polling rates. I have an 9-5 MY2000 and no connection issues. The OBD Link Bluetooth unit is a little pricey, but reliable so far.

using first the software included with the device with no success, download OBD facile (not the problem I think ) try with no success with Iphone (Ok I know Apple device is stupid for some foreign apps ) then trying with android no success at all... Anyway I have decided to do the mod I will share my results later when it's done..
I Have of course married the phones with the bluetooth emitting device.

it appears at last the plug works but with some software like torque pro, As naturally the IPhone OS isn't supported by this software confirming day to days I'll never buy an Apple device anymore. go to Hell with all your tricky devices who's doesn't working with nothing, better giving money to Chinese or South Korean Brands
