Dreaded ACC codes 08 and 11- but with a twist..

Hey all. So I've been working on this 9-5 and I have both 08 and 11 codes. I've read what I feel like is every single post on here about the cause of these codes, but I have yet to see the same issue as I'm having. So I figured I would get this in front of you all. The stepper motors seem fine, shafts and gears seem all good, but where the motor plugs into, the blue colored Hex shaped fitting, that fitting is cracked allowing the motor shaft to turn freely in this fitting and not move the blend door.

This is where I haven't seen anything on. I haven't seen anyone mention this blue fitting, every post shows the yellow one which I'm not sure is the yellow one seen in my photo's above and right of the blue one, or if it's the driver side one that all the posts are about( as that one is yellow also).

Speaking of the driver side, which I don't need to tell all you is a real PITA to get to, this yellow driver side one is exactly the same as my passenger side blue fitting, cracked just like it. Can these be replaced without removing the whole heater box? I gave the passenger one a good tug but it didn't come out, and I'm not really seeing that as a part to replace (esaabparts.com). Am I in trouble here??

Hey Saab friends- Just checking back in to see if anyone has any thoughts here.. Is that blue shaft replaceable without pulling the entire heater box?

Due to the lack of info I've been able to find on this part my guess is no. That I should start looking for a free couple of days to get the entire heater box out and fix it that way.. I can't be the only person who's had this blue part crack though right? Any info from anyone out there with experience here is helpful. Thanks!

Don't sweat the small stuff, things like this break all the time there is a repair for this, Depending on size I might have what you need and we can take pictures and post how to repair.
