Saab 9-3, 2.0 - invalid coolant temperature walues

Well that's typical! Great day our at Swedish day, on the way home sudden pop, loud turbo noise, bugger all acceleration, turbo boost gauge all over the shop, but no EML! 90 miles from home! Anyway, car still running, as long as I feather the throttle, poor gearbox doesn't know whether it's coming or going! 30 miles further on and she starts miss, EML finally comes on, but car still driveable, if only slowly! Get home, open bonnet for a butchers, but can't see anything lose or come adrift! Any ideas would be most welcome, any advice where to start looking?

Any OBD 2 code reader can pull codes, plug in and read the codes. You might need a Tech 2 to fix the car but knowing what codes show gives everyone an idea of where to start and it beats working blind.

Update! Found the problem with my car, one of the intercooler hoses underneath the radiator has come adrift, hopefully, a new jubilee clip will solve the problem, fingers crossed that's all it is!
