Fuel Pump Assembly replaced, now noise coming from pump? ?

    Hello,
Had my entire fuel pump assembly replaced two weeks ago because I thought I was having pump failure issues, random misfires and also the filler sensor died so I didn't know how full my tank was. Issue actually ended up being my cat was clogged so it was misfiring, but either way. Just got back from a long drive at highway speeds, 80 here in Texas, did some higher speed driving, noticed when I got off the freeway I could hear the pump making noise... sounds like a whining pump noise. This may seem obvious, but did I some how get a bad pump? I had no noise at all before today. I turned the car off and put it to start, can hear the pump prime and makes the same noise. Really not happy. Any thoughts?

Just an update, the pump just seems to be loud. No issues so far, but is significantly louder than the OEM.
