Saab 93 convertible 2005 swap rear lights 2008 facelift

is it possible to swap the taillights of the 93 convertible 2008 facelift (the clear ones, with black trim)
to the 2005 model, the red-ones?

Do they fit?

Nothing changed to the body design so should be an easy replacement.

Especially on a black 93 convertible it looks good.
Unfortunately the rear-lights are rare and hard to find, and very expensive too.

But I'll give it a shot.
