    Lightbulb intermittent whirring noise

Hey guys; Have a whirring noise coming from front drivers wheel area. Only happens when turning left...pretty quiet when driving straight line. Any one know or had this happen...brakes?...suspension component ? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated as usual

Hub bearings possibly. Does the pitch or sound change with speed differences?

Whirring noise covers a lot of ground and it could be something as benign as loose plastic rubbing the tire edge, or as serious a loose lugs telling you your wheel is getting ready to come off. Jack that car up now and make sure your wheel is on tight, then wiggle it top to bottom, side to side and make sure your wheel bearing isn't getting ready to come apart. After that you can look for loose things that rub.

Also check the dust shield. I've ran across several cars where the dust shield was rubbing the edge of the brake rotor.
