air delivery pipe popped off Saab 9-5 Aero Wagon. Any ideas?

    Hello again all,
Well, still new to Saabs so forgive my ignorance, after a few months of procrastinating I got the alternator changed and I'm back on the road. Well, the last few days I've had sort of a lurching/surging at idle and when I'm at lower rpms. Doesn't seem to do anything noticeable at higher rpms though. I got a CEL and pulled the following codes P1231 and P0455. I know P0455 could be a few thousand evap items that are probably not the cause of any of these symptoms. The P1231 I've been googling and ended up back here where it was suggested to clean the throttle body. I just cleaned it, in place, with some carb cleaner and a rag and took it for a test. Well, it was only a couple mile roundtrip but it seems like that problem is resolved and it feels very smooth. Now onto the next problem... on the way back home from the test drive I decided to give it a little gas which was followed by a large 'POP' sound from under the hood with a (possibly imagined, being that I was in terror mode and merging on to the freeway) loss of power. I quickly shut off the engine and coasted to the side of the road. I opened the hood and the air delivery pipe was popped off of the throttle body. I placed it back on and reluctantly started the car. It started fine and I drove it home like I was on the way to church. I'm guessing I didn't tighten it back on properly but is there something else that could cause it to pop off, like being over pressurized for some reason? Any insight, greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Bryan

Don't sweat the small stuff, these things are clamped down tight for a reason and now you know why.
