2001 95; synchronizing blend door actuators

I replaced my entire AC system last year, and ever since all of the blend doors are out of sync. That being that hot air blows out the left and cold on the left, and some times the other way around. The arms themselves aren't broken, but the actuators are out of sync. For example, the computer things the right door is closed when it's actually open. I had a diy at some point showing how to take apart the actuators and set them all to the same point. basically turn back the clock to zero. and sync all these doors back to the right starting point.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about or can track that DIY down for me? I intended to do this work today, on my day off, but now i can't find it.

Perhaps try to calibrate the ACC and see if that fixes the problem? I assume that was done after the AC replacement but you never know for sure, unless you did it yourself.

I did do it myself. That's not what I'm looking for though. The person literally opens each actuator individually.

Seems you should do the calibration several time and notice which number are throwing by, it seems strange you haven't any code, but first follow your owner's manual for resetting the personal settings who's maybe are doing before. don't forget to do the calibration with running engine.
I have made some repairs on it and i can swear the stepping motors cannot move without being misaligned with blend doors or you have a plastic rod broken (yellow arm )

ran the calibration and recieved code 08: Stepping motor, air-mixing flap, LH - no mechanical contact with flap

I assume that means it's the door arm thing that breaks on all these cars. Oddly enough I actually have the replacement part still somewhere. Hopefully I did not throw that out. I believe the right side still constantly throws heat so no clue about that part.

Okay, I took everything apart for closer inspection, and as far as I can see the blend door is operating perfectly fine. I'm not sure what the issue is. I know that on my drivers side the door to the blower motor is missing. Could that be throwing the 1 - 08 code as well?
