New Flat theme

There is a new Flat theme. As the name suggests, it is pretty flat and easy on the eyes. It's modern but somewhat vintage at the same time. It's probably also a bit easier to use on tablets, even though it is not a responsive theme for small screens.

You can switch themes in the lower left corner of any page.
