I didn't make the WIS work on Windows 10. I just installed a modified version of the WIS on my Windows 10 computer.

Were you able to get Win 10 WIS to work with the Tech 2 through a serial port dongle?

I don't have a Tech2 so not sure if that would still work through Windows 10. I guess they don't make a Tech2 tool with USB? A serial port can be a bit difficult but pehaps is is just plug-and-play.
