Window Seal cracking; treat or replace?

While I was wiping plastic surfaces with Armourall, I spotted some cracking on the rear window seal. Photo below. Is there a way to fix the cracks and rejuvenate the material or ought it be replaced?

Looks to be a little late to rejuvenate and with this already happening here it won't be long before it happens again in another spot. Vulcanize or silicone to fill and seal, if you're planning on keeping the car for years to come, the longer you wait to replace the harder the part will be to find.

Are you saying that some kind of goo is good for the short term until I can get a new seal installed?

I think what you are showing is the rear window decor strip. It is not a seal. I replaced mine with the repair shop removing the rear window. The window did not leak despite the strip being severely deteriorated and crumbling when the 9-3 was 8 years old. Sits outside in Texas during the work week with car washes 1 to 2 times per month.
