Do I need to use vpower or equivalent
Petrol (uk) on a remapped (Hirch) 9-3 1.8t I've noticed its lumpy/stuttery at low revs and pulling away and no fault codes, just wondered..

Hirsch tune will recommend using best quality petrol like all tuners, not specially premium but at least super unleaded 98 RON is enough.
if your car is lumpy i will check the all airlines circuit for brittle or damaged one.
