ACC calibration throwing 08 code, but blend door okay...

Alrighty, my AC is not too happy at the moment. I pulled the entire system and replaced it a year ago after the blend door control arm was FUBAR. I put it all back together and made a little mistake... I left out the drivers side door at the blower motor.

So air air from outside is constantly blowing into the foot well from that area. Ontop of that, there's warm air always blowing in from the drivers side blend door area. The second part perplexes me. I ran the calibration and found the 08 code. -- "Stepping motor, air-mixing flap, LH - no mechanical contact with flap"

When taking it apart, i found that the door is A-Okay. When putting it back together I found that the door is still being controlled by the actuator. It's able to set it back into place. I even went to the extent of putting in an old actuator I had, and that still sent the same code while seeming to work perfectly fine. I took the actuators apart, and found that the gear is still in the correct place. As far as anything I can see, everything is perfectly fine.

And yet, hot air blows. Its giving me the code. I can't figure it out. Could the code be a result of the blower motor door?

I've done it several times and not all on the same day at this point. It's not making a difference.

I've also come to notice a discrepancy all over the place. The right side dash vents (not the windshield ones) blow colder than the right. Even when the temperature is set lower on the left than the right. Seems that the whole system is in a world of confused.
