Rattle - loose heatshield?

A thread contains (multiple) posts. You started 3 different threads about a rattle on your car. A single issue like a rattle should be discussed in a single thread. If you have 2 or more different problems to discuss (i.e. like a rattle and an alternator problem), then multiple threads are appropriate and recommended.

so recently i started hearing a something like a rattle (not really sure how to describe the sound).

Thread 2: RATTLE
well recently, ive started to hear something like a rattle.

Thread 3: RATTLING UNDER CAR NEAR ENGINE
i found a rattling noise under the car near the engine.

rattles can mean different things. problems within engine or heat shield. Just becuse the word rattle had been mentioned, does not mean its the same stuff. what are you gonna do fat boy. i mentioned it 3 times got a fucking problem?
