    Is there any way to test the DIC to see if it's firing?

    Perhaps, after all, you have done the throttle body has tripped into Limp Mode. Instructions below.

    Or perhaps you do have a fuel pump issue. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? See if you can borrow one or buy for $15 at Harbor Freight. Check that you have consistent pressure while cranking in the 40-45 lbs range. There are check valves on the fuel tank on your vehicle they can be faulty. You are lucky your pump is pullable from under the backseat.

    It's not in limp home mode I checked that.

    I took the tube off the top of the throttle body opened the butterfly valve and sprayed starting fluid down inside and got the same result as in the video I posted

    try to disconnect the MAF sensor (small plug on the side) see what you got without if it start it's that
