Hello my car feels like it struggles like its going to stall (automatic) when in idle or in reverse unless I'm moving . i took it to the mechanic and he cleaned the fuel injectors/ re=gaped spark plugs and performed fuel injector cleaning and did fuel reset trim. Do you know if they used the correct spark plugs and Saab OEM / Bosch ignition coils? If they installed the wrong spark plugs and used Chinese aftermarket ignition coils, that's where I would start and replace with the right parts.

How old is the battery? Saabs seem to go through batteries pretty quickly and all kinds of weird electrical stuff starts to happen when the battery is on its way out.

A quick search shows those are spark plugs are for a Mercedes-Benz V8 engine. So start with installing the correct plugs for your engine and see if the problems go away.

Use these spark plugs. And gap them to 0.8 not 1.1 as NGK suggested.
