I fitted an upgraded ecu for my 2000 V6. Rated at 225bph. Only difference I noticed was less hesitation on pick up from stationary - which was what I was looking for. If you want to go ahead, I'd have a look at Maptune, who seem to have a reliable track record in this department, and another company too whose name I forget. If you want lots of bhp, change the car.
