Passenger Seat issue 2004 convertible aero

I took out the driver side seat without any issues. put seat up and forward, remove 4 bolts, put seat back, remove 2 bolts. Clean and detail, put back.
I tried the same for the passenger seat but the seat does not go far enough back to get to the front torque screws. Nothing appears to be holding stopping it from moving all the way back.
    Anyone know the answer?
PS. they are both full power seats.

Car has been sitting for a long time, seat might not have been moved back for several years and the seat might need a little help. Sit in the seat and give it a little leg assist while pushing the button. If that doesn't work there is still room to tilt, not easy but doable.

Unfortunately, this did not work.. have to look for some more options, I would like to take it out completely and replace as it is badly torn up... any other suggestions are welcome. Maybe some old fashioned strategic hammering might do the trick and loosen something up!! LOL..

You can take the seat rail apart from the bottom up so you can get at these bolts from the top down, real PIA job. As you would like to replace a torn up seat, you can turn this all day seat removal into a 5 minute job.

3 right side convertible power seats in North Carolina one good grey, one good tan, one grey unknown quality http://car-part.com/index.htm and maybe the color you need is close to you. After you get your good upholstery complete seat assembly, take a recip saw to offending obstructions and cut several hours off the job.

    lol..

Actually taken the top part off did not take very long at all except that the rail is still on the track and still does not go back enough... G@$*!Y..
    Anyway..... still trying.

latest update... was able to turn moving screw by hand and lightly hammer the rail to the back and take them off. Cleaned it all out, detailed it and all is working like a charm..
