Chime with no information when car stops and goes

Hi guys.

So I just bought 9-3 convertible recentrly, this is my first saab.

And I have this annoying thing where every time I will stop and go again (around 5-10mph) the schime will sound with no information on the display. My speed warning is off and it's not icy right now, I live in california.
It doesn't happen all the time just in 1/3 times when I driving and usually stop and start an engine again fixes this issue. All my fluids are up and I have no engine check light. Also I noticed that once in a while it may happen when I take a sharp turn at low speed.

Sometimes when I stop, the warning light on the dash board will go on as well with the schime, but once I start driving and it sounds againg it goes out.

Does anybody have any idea what it can be? That's just really annoying. Thanks in advance!

When asking a question like this, it always helps to get the best answer first when you list the cars engine and transmission.

Scanning for stored soft codes and checking for sludge on the oil pickup screen are my best suggestions.

I think the chime you are hearing is the "check latches" chime for the top not being properly latched or the switch(s) that indicates that is not working properly). That's the only moving alarm I know of. Do you get a message on the SID (top center dash info display)?
