How to change Headlight Bulb (driver side)?

I have checked the owner's manual and pg.# 90 states that i must "remove filler neck of the washer fluid container" I would like to do this without damaging it. Can some one help me with this

* Resolved the neck actually pulls out - bulbs replaced

Hi..the plastic washer container neck is a pull out/push back item designed so that you can get to the bulb housing more easily. Just give it a good tug and it should come away easily.
