Your location is Iowa, if you're in Des Moines, or any of the other bigger towns, give your local NAPA store a try. At a NAPA warehouse / stocking store getting what you need could cost you more and often cost less than the it will when you get it from a Saab specialty supply. Saab used it's own part numbers and they didn't print a cross reference list to GM or other compatible part numbers, but that doesn't mean that you can't find your specialty Saab hose at your local parts store.
I've spent a lot more time working on classics than new, so I've spent a lot of time working on cars that haven't had factory part numbers available for twenty or more years. Companies that supply special parts for special car make money by sourcing parts that do the job and finding parts yourself can take some hands on searching. Formed hard heater hoses come in generic shapes, sometimes you need to splice two to make the one you need. For those you can't find you can also use soft hose with caging that will keep a hose from collapsing on tight bends. Dorman quick connect ends come in bubble packs, quick connects save labor in factory assembly, but not worth the extra $20 when you can get your hands in to attach the generic hose with a good old fashion clamp.

I have not tried the local NAPA/Autozone/O'Reily's yet. I am resigning myself to replacing the ones I can get and doing the best I can with the rest of them.
My thought process was that since I am doing the timing belt and water pump, that I would go ahead and do the hoses as well since the car is 15+ years old and I plan on driving it for a long time yet and I don't want a hose to leave my by the side of the road or worse yet with a toasted engine.
Thanks for the input

Replacing belts and hoses is good, smart, preventative maintenance and usually cost around the same as a 30 mile tow. Remember to give the next guy a break and post a list of every hose you had to make fit to replace the ones you couldn't find.

So still no luck with the additional hoses for the 2001 9-5SE
I am still looking for:
43 97 667 is for 2001, 53 23 860 is for 2002-2005
49 68 442 is for 2001, 51 93 933 is for 2002-2005
43 97 683 is for 2001, 53 22 763 is for 2002-2005
50 47 246
47 56 870
I ordered most of other ones from eEuropian auto and RM European Auto, and one off of Ebay that ended up coming from a Honda Dealer. None of the specific Saab parts suppliers that I could find had any of them.
Thanks to everyone for the suggestions, and if anyone has other thoughts that would be great.
I am doing the timing belt and water pump and want to drive this car for many more years and don't really want to end up sitting by the side of the road due to a broken hose or worse yet a toasted engine.

Could take you several hours to find what you need and if you can't find it stocked at your local auto parts store Gates is where you need to go. https://www.gates.com/resources/reso...fication-guide

You've made this a challenge! I don't know if anyone has dealt with them but I found some of them on https://romaparts.com. They say they ship worldwide.
