Amp Replacement premium 150 on a 2009 9-3 sport combi

Hi guys, I had an amp failure with my saab 9-3 ttid sportcombi. Since the stock amplifier located in the trunk is pure crap i decided to replace it with a 4-ch aftermarket amp: the problem is: how can i connect a 4ch amp to the present 7 speakers audio system? It seems that every couple of wire from each speakers come to a common connector in the trunk. Someone can provide me an electrical scheme? thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum and find in the tech talk section a link to download WIS and EPC for win 10. The WIS will provide you with the wiring diagrams your are seeking.

thanks digger. i just found the electric scheme you are talking about on WIS. There are 2 plugs: the first is linked to head unit and has the input signals + 12v 30Ah + a ground wire and the other one is for speakers. But the problem still remain: I don't know how to connect the 14 wires that come from the speakers to an amplifier that has just 4channels. I'd like to keep the 7 speakers working in a decent way.

When it comes to the infotainment system the big difference between your sport combi and mine, is that your infotainment system wasn't designed by a bunch of engineers that had to much Akvavit while they were rocking out to Abba. By the time your sport combi was built, Saab had succumb to the use of GM audio and you don't need to reinvent this wheel. The easiest way to do this is to get a Buick or Cadillac aftermarket / upgrade conversion kit to integrate your new amp and use the WIS wire diagram to change the plug end to fit.
