Trip & Odometer Reading - - - - - - 2011 Saab 95 TID Vector

Good Morning

After 4 days of my car being off the road due to extremely heavy snow & ice.
When I started the car this morning my Trip & Odometer were reading - - - - - - or blank.
All other functions in the car are fine.
The only message that came up in the last few weeks was "Service Due" or words to that affect.
Anyone got any ideas.
Could it be a low battery ?

Hi, i think you need a software update in the BCM or cluster to cure this, when I first got mine I took it to the dealers and got them to update as many things as they could

you can disconnect battery for a while,

Yes i disconnected the battery for about 2 hours.
