Code P0102 on my 2006 9 3 sport combi 2.0t

Got Code P0102 on my 2006 9 3 sport combi 2.0t , low mass air flow meter , cleaned still didn't go away and replaced it with a new one , code went away for a while , then it went off again , I cleared the code while the car was idling then the car shut off , above idle car keep running , any other advise what other thing should I check , thank you.

If you didn't check wire connections at plug end before replacing MAS do it now. If you did check for bad wires and connector crimps start looking for an intake air leak, put something that can read more than codes on the diagnostic port and start looking at sensor voltages to make sure the MAS is reading like it should and what might not be reading properly.
